My story

My name is Agnes,

I am a freelancer offering coaching and services to support your personnel development.

I started with this activity 14 years ago. When I myself needed help, I decided to start  my own business. My mum was seriously ill (Alzheimer´s  disease) and I felt desperately hopeless. I felt I was not able to manage. I was lucky as well (maybe I did not realise it at the time) because the situation helped me to experience and gain much more knowledge about myself, how to overcome the hard days, how to change what I could change, how to accept what I couldn´t change and share the lessons from this experience with other people. I was curious how it is possible that some people know what to do immediately and some do not. Some adults are more emotional, some are not. Some adults are keen on changes, some are not.

So when I was 45 I decided to make another sea-change in my life and began to study at university Andragogy (Adult Education). The science, which showed that there are no barriers to improve quality of our life, how individuals can always develop a self-concept of being responsible for their own life. Responsibility demands choice. Choice implies freedom.
 
I love my job. I love challenges; meeting  various people, empowering them to reach their goals, supporting them to make changes or to find the way how to overcome an obstacle, that´s a challenge. 
 
As Adult Educator I can be your Mentor, Counsellor, Teacher, Facilitator  and Coach.

My job is a precious value in my life.

Preparation and implementation of business trade missions abroad (Ukraine/Kiev, Crimea, Russia/ Petersburg, Belarus/ Minsk, Estonia/Tallinn, Latvia, Lithuania, Croatia, Great Britain/London, USA/ Las Vegas, Kazakhstan, Hong Kong, Bulgaria), responsibility for the whole events: finding business partners, preparing the events, contact with domestic and foreign businesses, mass media, embassies.

Assistant:
Organization of monthly meetings for the members of Business Club, services for foreign firms in Slovakia.

Project Manager:
 Development of small and medium enterprises ( project supported by grant of USAID).
